Call Center Representative

  • High school diploma or GED with additional education in a field relevant to the position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Orthodontic  customer service
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)

Patient Coordinator

  • High school diploma or GED with additional education in a field relevant to the position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an Orthodontic office
  • CPR/BLS certified
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
  • Understand the protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team

Office Manager

  • High school diploma or GED with additional education in a field relevant to the position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing an orthodontic practice and a team
  • CPR/BLS certified
  • Knowledge of office administration responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Proficiency in Outlook/MS Office (MS Excel, Word,Powerpoint and MS Outlook)
  • Understand the protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team member safety (OSHA).
  • Hands on experience with office machines (e.g., faxmachines, scanners, and printers)
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools

Insurance Specialist

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent credentialing experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with dental or medical claims
  • Direct experience with clearinghouse vendors and/or billing statement vendors
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs

Orthodontic Assistant

  • High school diploma or GED with additional education in a field relevant to the position
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Assistant
  • Certified as an Orthodontic Assistant by the Dental Assisting National Body (DANB)
  • Radiographic certification
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • Understand the protocols and guidelines as they relate to patient privacy (HIPAA) and team member safety (OSHA).
  • Sound knowledge of various orthodontic procedures and practices
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

Orthodontist

  • Graduated from an accredited dental school
  • Completed an orthodontic residency program
  • Licensed to practice in the state of Georgia
  • License in good standing with the state board
